Experience Design & Research Analyst

Prudential is seeking an Analyst of Experience Design & Research to join their internal consulting engine. This role focuses on designing future state ambitions, optimizing customer journeys, and driving continuous improvement through customer insights and research. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes and champion human-centered design practices.

• Develop detailed journey maps to visualize and understand user experience
• Translate research, insights, and data into design implications and strategic recommendations
• Shape and evolve future-state customer journey roadmaps
• Support in translating insights into actionable experience strategies and roadmaps
• Champion human-centered design practices for the voice of the customer
• Expertise in customer journey mapping, experience design, and UX research methodologies
