Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design to join their New Product Development team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and iterate on innovative B2B and B2B2C digital data products, from concepts to MVPs, using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping.

• Design of Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using human-centric design principles
• Contribute to the next generation of data and data-driven products
• Conduct user research to validate desirability, usability, and feasibility
• Design product solutions to present complex data meaningfully
• Collaborate in "Design Thinking" workshops with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with brand & marketing and technology teams
