UX Lead

Lead the user experience for Ecolab's ServiceNow platform, driving consistency and building a design system from the ground up. This hands-on role involves setting design direction, creating consumer-grade experiences, and establishing a formal UX practice. You will own the success and adoption of shipped solutions, manage stakeholders, and lead a team of designers and developers.

• Own and document UX/UI standards and drive adoption
• Build and own a design system and component library
• Design and build consumer-grade experiences in UI Builder and React
• Establish a formal UX practice and lead a team
• Drive user research and ensure accessibility (WCAG)
• Manage stakeholders and align product, engineering, and business
