UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher at Carrier, you will dive deep into real-world operational environments to understand user behaviors and translate complex workflows into intuitive digital product experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover behavioral insights and ensure our products meet customer needs, driving innovation in temperature-sensitive supply chain solutions.

• Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative research in operational settings
• Translate research insights into actionable product recommendations
• Design user-centered components and experience patterns
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and designers
• Contribute to the growth of Design Research craft
• Experience with temperature-controlled supply chains preferred
