UX Researcher, Programs & Operations

GetYourGuide is seeking a UX Researcher to manage and enhance their research operations. This role focuses on building scalable systems, AI-powered workflows, and programs for knowledge management, recruitment, and tooling to support product and design decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights drive business outcomes.

• Design and maintain research systems, tools, and programs
• Build AI-powered workflows to streamline research and design processes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on feasibility and trade-offs
• Advise stakeholders on appropriate research processes and tools
• Manage research tools, vendor onboarding, and security assessments
• Shape end-to-end customer experience and tie research to business outcomes
