Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer on the Onboard team, you will shape the initial experiences for new users joining College Board's digital products. You'll lead design strategy, conduct research, and deliver end-to-end design solutions that make onboarding clear, confident, and inclusive. This role is crucial for establishing trust and guiding users to their first moment of value.

• Lead product discovery and design strategy for onboarding experiences
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Design end-to-end flows for setup, provisioning, and activation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders
• Champion inclusive and accessible design principles
• Contribute to design systems and plain language content
