Senior User Researcher

Depop is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our UX research team and champion the voice of our customers. You will own the end-to-end research process, from scoping and design to analysis and dissemination of actionable insights. • Lead end-to-end research delivery from hypothesis generation to insight dissemination
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to inform product strategy
• Utilize a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Synthesize complex data into compelling, actionable recommendations
• Advocate for user needs in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment
• Mentor and develop junior research team members
