Senior Experience Designer | Product & Conversation Design

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to shape AI-powered customer service products. This role combines UI/UX and product design with GenAI and agentic AI, focusing on intuitive and trustworthy screen-based and conversational experiences. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to design end-to-end customer experiences at enterprise scale.

• Own end-to-end UX and product design for AI-powered customer service solutions
• Design screen-based interfaces for chat, agent dashboards, and self-service tools
• Translate complex AI behaviors into clear user experiences
• Partner with product managers, AI/NLP engineers, and CX strategists
• Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate designs
• Contribute to AI-native design systems and accessibility standards
