UX Product Designer

Archer, an aerospace company building electric VTOL aircraft, seeks a Staff UI/UX Designer to create intuitive digital interfaces for internal manufacturing and assembly tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Design digital interfaces and internal desktop tools for manufacturing and aircraft assembly
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and on-brand interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs
• Partner with Front-end Developers to ensure seamless implementation
