Design Lead, Consumer

Maven Clinic is seeking a founding Product Design Lead to build and scale their direct-to-consumer healthcare experiences. This hands-on player-coach role involves leading a small team and owning high-priority design work at the intersection of consumer growth, healthcare access, and AI-native design. You will shape new product offerings and optimize existing consumer journeys in a competitive market.

• Lead product design for Maven's direct-to-consumer healthcare platform
• Manage and mentor a team of senior design practitioners
• Drive 0->1 product development and optimize consumer journeys
• Focus on trust-sensitive design, AI integration, and user decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data
• Requires 7+ years of product design experience and team leadership
