As a Senior Innovation Designer for Performance Footwear, you will be a creative leader shaping the future of athletic products. You will drive the discovery, design, and validation of breakthrough concepts by merging design, biomechanics, engineering, and technology. This role is for a visionary who thrives in ambiguity, pushes boundaries, and turns unproven ideas into validated, scalable solutions that redefine athlete capabilities.

• Lead multi-phase innovation projects from insight to validated concept
• Develop original, high-impact design concepts for performance footwear
• Build and direct advanced prototypes using 3D modeling and experimental materials
• Partner with engineering, materials, and sports science teams
• Mentor junior designers and influence innovation strategy
• 6-10+ years of experience in performance footwear or technical product creation
