Product Designer (Senior)

As a Senior Product Designer at Vendelux, you will own the end-to-end customer experience for our event marketing intelligence platform. You'll translate customer problems into elegant design solutions, working closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to ship impactful features. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex usability challenges, and is excited by the potential of AI in SaaS.

• Own product features from problem definition to release
• Redesign onboarding to accelerate customer time-to-value
• Map and improve core customer workflows for usability
• Design for both AI/conversational and traditional SaaS interfaces
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve user pain points
• Develop self-serve experiences and help center content
