Manager, Digital & UX Design

Tory Burch is seeking a Manager, Digital & UX Design to lead the design and evolution of digital experiences across their e-commerce ecosystem. This role involves creating high-quality visual mockups, site designs, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, translating business needs into intuitive customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain the Interaction Design System, and mentor junior designers.

• Support design and evolution of digital experiences for e-commerce
• Create visual mockups, site designs, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Translate business needs into intuitive customer experiences
• Collaborate with Creative, Site, Merchandising, Marketing, and Development teams
• Maintain and evolve the site’s Interaction Design System
• Mentor UX designers and external design resources
