Art Director

We are seeking an Art Director with 3-5 years of agency experience to conceptualize and execute compelling design strategies across digital and print mediums. You will collaborate with creative teams, support new business pitches, and mentor junior designers, all while working within brand guidelines and staying ahead of cultural trends. A passion for sports and entertainment is a strong plus.

• Minimum 3-5 years of agency or creative team experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual abilities and design execution
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience with presentation design and 3D rendering software is a plus
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and design principles
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
