Lead visual and video creative strategy for College Board's Engagement & Reach division, owning and evolving the brand and video systems. You will develop compelling visual and motion content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness at scale. This role requires a creative problem-solver adept at both building identity systems and producing video, with a passion for educational opportunity.

What we are looking for

Own and evolve College Board brand and video system strategy
Develop visual and video assets for campaigns and brand initiatives
Direct freelance designers and agency partners
8-10 years graphic design experience with hands-on video/motion graphics
Experience owning and evolving brand design systems
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
