Product Designer

As a Product Designer at BambooHR, you will shape the user experience of our HR software, from initial research and ideation to polished visual design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and delightful features, with opportunities to explore and integrate AI into our product offerings. This role is ideal for a designer looking to grow their strategic skills while taking ownership of impactful product work.

• Design interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new and existing features
• Conduct user research and apply findings to inform design decisions
• Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces adhering to design system standards
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers
• Explore and contribute to AI-assisted or AI-powered user experiences
• 2+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS
