Product Designer, Design Systems

Harvey is seeking a Product Designer to join their Design Systems team. You will be responsible for defining and scaling the foundational elements of the product, ensuring consistency, quality, and trustworthiness. This role involves crafting components, patterns, and documentation, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to improve product development speed and quality.

• Build, maintain, and evolve production-ready design system components, patterns, and documentation
• Partner with Senior Design Systems Designer to scale visual language
• Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers on system adoption
• Own and create polished production assets, libraries, prototypes, and documentation
• Support AI-assisted design workflows with optimized components and documentation
• Advocate for exceptional craftsmanship, consistency, and usability
