Product Designer - Dashboard

Design and ship high-quality user experiences for Plaid Dashboard, a critical platform for our customers. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows, from initial concept to final delivery. This role offers the opportunity to own significant design challenges and contribute to the evolution of a key product area.

• Design clear, intuitive experiences for complex financial and technical workflows
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from problem definition to implementation
• Understand customer needs and use research to improve user experiences
• Produce polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Use insights to inform iteration and evaluate outcomes
• Partner with experienced designers and contribute to design reviews
