About this role

The Home Depot is seeking a service design focused Senior UX Designer to transform complex enterprise operations into intuitive experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve associate and customer interactions with products and services, contributing to all stages of the design process.

What we are looking for

Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise operations
Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders
Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes
Advocate for design-centered thinking within product teams
Coach and mentor junior UX resources
5-7 years of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment
