Enterprise Staff UX Designer

The Home Depot is seeking a service design-focused UX Designer to transform complex enterprise operations into intuitive experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve associate and customer interactions with products and services, contributing to all stages of the design process.

• Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise operations
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes
• Coach and mentor junior UX resources
• Lead planning and strategy for design patterns and testing
• Drive UX practice across product domains
