Researcher - Rapid Research

Figma is seeking an experienced Researcher to join our Rapid Research program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams to quickly clarify problems, test ideas, and deliver actionable recommendations, often within one- to two-week sprints. You'll rotate across product areas, bringing a flexible and resourceful approach to drive product decisions and shape the future of design collaboration.

• Scope and run focused research in quick sprints to answer critical product questions
• Translate findings into specific, actionable recommendations for product teams
• Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Rotate across product areas, building credibility and relationships quickly
• Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and challenge assumptions
• Experiment with tools and workflows to improve research speed and quality
