Senior Product Designer (UX) - Clearance Required

DEFCON AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of a new AI-enabled decision-support system. You will lead discovery, create interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to build a unified workspace. This role requires a senior-level individual contributor to establish design practices and ensure user trust in AI recommendations.

• Own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery
• Design a new AI-enabled decision-support system workspace
• Conduct user research, create workflow maps, and build interactive prototypes
• Partner daily with product and engineering teams
• Establish and shape the company's design practice
• Design for trust, visibility of uncertainty, and user evaluation of AI recommendations
