Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Social-First 3D & Concept Artist to create engaging visual content for a gaming franchise, focusing on social media, marketing, and community initiatives. This role involves translating creative briefs into playful, culturally relevant artwork across various fidelity levels, from sketches to polished assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and experiment with emerging creative tools and AI workflows.

• Create high-quality 3D artwork and concept art for social media, marketing, and community initiatives
• Translate creative briefs into engaging, culturally relevant visual concepts
• Develop artwork across multiple fidelity levels, from sketches to polished campaign assets
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, social, and production partners
• Experiment with emerging tools and AI-enabled creative workflows
• Demonstrate social-first creative experience and understanding of platform-native content
