Senior Experience Strategist (Hybrid)

Lead the design of service and touchpoint experiences within the Commercial Bank as a Senior Service Designer. You will guide team members, conceptualize service ideas, and facilitate cross-functional design workshops using human-centered methodologies. This role involves conducting user research, translating insights into opportunities, and applying service design tools to create differentiating experiences.

• Lead service and touchpoint experience design within Commercial Bank
• Ideate and conceptualize service concepts aligned to strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams in design workshops
• Perform user/customer research in partnership with UX Research team
• Translate user/customer insights into opportunity spaces
• Apply service design tools and methods strategically
