Senior Brand Designer

Roblox is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our in-house creative agency. You will set the standard for how Roblox presents itself across all marketing and digital platforms, leading high-visibility projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, art direction skills, and the ability to integrate AI tools to elevate creative work.

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to frame problems and shape creative approach
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
• Shape and evolve Roblox brand systems for consistency and scalability
• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows and mentor other designers
• 7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio and meticulous execution
