Senior Brand Designer

Customer.io is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and shape how our brand is expressed across all touchpoints. You will leverage AI-native workflows to execute brand design for major initiatives, build scalable brand systems and templates, and mentor other designers. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with strong business acumen who is passionate about the future of AI in brand creation and wants to build systems that empower a whole company.

• Own brand design execution for product launches and campaigns using AI-native workflows
• Build and maintain brand templates, components, and AI-assisted workflows
• Own and evolve the company's AI creative stack and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design and Marketing
