Product Designer

RTX is seeking a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for AI-powered digital inspection solutions at Pratt & Whitney. You will collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance engine inspection, reporting, and customer experience through user-centered design and data-driven insights.

• Lead end-to-end product design for digital inspection solutions
• Analyze user behavior and product analytics to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using Figma
• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems
• Collaborate with software engineers for efficient design handoff
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
