Senior Product Designer

Drive product discovery, interaction design, and user experience strategy for critical compliance capabilities at Western Union. • Lead end-to-end product design for compliance and risk management platforms
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges
• Champion user needs through research and validation
• Create intuitive workflows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Apply systems thinking to multi-product solutions
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
