Senior Product Designer

Ryder is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design projects, translating complex logistics problems into intuitive solutions. You will partner with product managers and engineers, design for AI-driven interfaces, and maintain our design system. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and systems-level thinking.

• Own end-to-end design projects from discovery to implementation
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Design for AI-driven and data-heavy interfaces
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• 5+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing complex, information-dense products
