UX Designer

Glance is seeking a UX Designer to own end-to-end product experiences for their AI-powered commerce platform, Glance TV. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, exploring design solutions, creating complete user flows, and ensuring polished UI delivery. This role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to bring innovative, inspiration-led shopping experiences to life on connected TVs.

• Own end-to-end UX design for AI commerce platform experiences
• Understand user needs and explore multiple design directions
• Design complete user flows, including edge cases and states
• Deliver polished UI and extend the design system
• Prototype interactions, especially motion and focus behavior on TV
• Collaborate closely with PM and engineering through delivery
