Firaxis Games is seeking a Director of UI/UX to lead the vision and execution for user experience and interface design for a future franchise. This role involves delivering world-class player experiences, improving team efficiency, and managing a cross-discipline UI team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in game UI/UX design, team management, and proficiency with relevant design tools.

What we are looking for

Lead a cross-discipline UI team of up to 10 UX designers
Translate game goals into compelling user-facing experiences
Collaborate with other UX/UI Craft leads
Present and pitch designs to leadership
Produce UX design work including competitive analysis and journey mapping
Build flexible design systems for efficient development
