Clio is seeking a Product Designer to join their Product Design team and shape the future of their Document Management System. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with product and engineering to understand user needs and deliver high-quality experiences. You will focus on UI and interaction execution, systems thinking, and exploring AI integrations within the legal tech space.

• Own UI and interaction execution for Document Management System projects
• Collaborate closely with the DMS design team
• Respond to customer feedback and contribute to scaling DMS
• Explore AI integration with document workflows
• Build understanding of how DMS design connects to the broader product
• Support research initiatives and develop research skills
