• Lead design across CCYC's product portfolio, identifying gaps and ensuring coherence
• Mentor and develop designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Shape design strategy at the intersection of design and product, influencing roadmaps and prioritization
• Own and improve ResearchOps for sustainable and accessible user research
• Build and sustain DesignOps, establishing efficient processes and standards for design execution
• Communicate with clarity and purpose to diverse stakeholders, from leadership to junior designers
