Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for Hy-Vee's customers across web and mobile platforms. You will drive user-centered design, conduct research, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems and elevate UX maturity. This role is key to shaping how customers interact with Hy-Vee digitally, making their lives easier, healthier, and happier.

• Lead UX design for complex initiatives across the shopper journey
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System
