Senior Product Designer

Everway is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create technology that empowers neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design accessible and scalable solutions for special education and assistive technology products, focusing on IEP portfolios and contributing to product strategy and design systems.

• Design accessible and scalable solutions for special education and assistive technology
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content teams
• Own end-to-end design work from discovery to delivery
• Contribute to product strategy and evolve the design system
• Apply inclusive design principles and accessibility standards
