UX/UI Designer - Mine Intelligence

Caterpillar is seeking a UX/UI Designer to focus on their mine intelligence and autonomous driving systems. You will be responsible for designing the user experience for platforms including dispatch, remote operation, and on-site management terminals, ensuring clarity and efficiency in complex industrial control scenarios.

• Design UX for autonomous mine operations platform, dispatch, and remote control systems
• Create intuitive HMI for multi-vehicle, large-map scenarios with high information density
• Develop user flows for complex scheduling, task management, and exception handling
• Design data visualizations for dashboards covering operational KPIs and system health
• Build and maintain a unified design system for industrial autonomous driving
• Conduct user research and on-site validation to inform product optimization
