What we are looking for

Build and maintain a modular design system powering live products and prototypes
Design complex, adaptive onboarding flows for diverse customer needs
Apply a conversion-focused mindset with data-informed iteration
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless production implementation
Shape design culture and establish scalable standards
4-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or compliance design
