Staff Product Designer

Charlie Health is seeking a Staff Product Designer to enhance the provider experience within their virtual behavioral health platform. This role involves owning the seams between different user personas, products, and operations to create a cohesive and scalable system for therapists and clinical teams. You will act as a strategist and experience architect, translating vision into reality and driving product development from discovery to launch.

• Own the provider experience across therapists, group facilitators, and clinical operations
• Develop and advocate for a Provider Experience vision
• Lead end-to-end product design process from discovery to launch
• Build and ship production-quality experiences, leveraging AI tools
• Conduct research to uncover user needs and product opportunities
• Create leverage through reusable design patterns and mentor other designers
