About this role

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will transform complex user needs into intuitive solutions for tax and accounting professionals. You will lead design efforts within a product area, leveraging research, UX methodologies, and AI tools to innovate and enhance user experiences. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams from concept through implementation, requiring strong design skills, independent judgment, and accountability for work quality.

Own design for a product area, clarifying user problems and outcomes
Develop solutions using research and domain knowledge for tax/accounting professionals
Explore concepts using AI and UX tools, creating prototypes for testing
Conduct usability tests and refine designs based on findings
Apply accessible design patterns and contribute to design systems
Assess solution effectiveness using customer feedback and product data
