Lead Product Designer, Care Access Network

Zocdoc is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape partner-facing experiences that help healthcare organizations leverage their platform. This role involves leading end-to-end design for dashboards, workflows, and reporting, and creating rapid prototypes to explore future partnership opportunities. You will work in a consultative environment, using design to drive strategic conversations and mentor other designers.

• Lead end-to-end design for partner-facing experiences including dashboards and workflows
• Create rapid prototypes to explore new scheduling experiences and partnership concepts
• Develop polished concepts and design narratives for commercial conversations
• Use design to help partners imagine future platform integrations
• Shape visually rich reporting and storytelling experiences for partners
• Mentor other designers and raise the quality of design across workstreams
