You will partner with cross-functional teams to create accessible, intuitive digital experiences that drive measurable outcomes for patients and the business.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for major web initiatives
- Architect, scale, and govern a multi-brand design system in Figma
- Ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA+ accessibility compliance
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of design system standards across teams
- Provide craft leadership and mentorship to peer designers
