UX Designer, Customer Strategy Department - Platform Strategy Supervisory Department (PFSD)

Rakuten is seeking a UX Designer to enhance user experiences across their diverse services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine existing services and explore new ones, including leveraging generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to impact millions of users by contributing to core customer strategy initiatives through analysis, research, and validation.

• Conduct UX design for products and services within the Rakuten Ecosystem
• Define value propositions and concepts based on business and user needs
• Create wireframes and mockups
