Staff Product Designer, Design Systems

HubSpot is seeking three Staff Product Designers to evolve their enterprise design system, Trellis. You will shape the future of how product teams build faster, more consistently, and with higher quality, especially as AI integration grows. This role involves defining foundational visual systems, reusable components, or interaction patterns to ensure scalability, accessibility, and coherence across HubSpot's platform.

• Own and evolve a major focus area within Trellis (Tokens, Components, or Patterns)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define usable, scalable, and accessible system guidance
• Make high-judgment system decisions balancing consistency, flexibility, and technical constraints
• Reduce fragmentation and improve system adoption across HubSpot
• Enhance alignment between design tools, documentation, and front-end implementation
• Contribute to making Trellis machine-readable to support AI tools
