About this role

As a Senior UX Designer at Litera, you will own the end-to-end design experience for a core product area, shaping how legal professionals interact with our AI-powered platform across web, mobile, and Microsoft add-ins. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to solve complex problems and drive design maturity in a fast-paced, impactful environment.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end UX design for a core product area, from research to release
Partner with Product Management to define problems and set priorities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Legal SMEs
Design for B2B SaaS, including Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile
Leverage product analytics and user research to inform design decisions
Elevate design maturity through process improvements and user-centered approaches
