• Lead product design, brand design, and user research for a leading women's and family health platform
• Define and execute a cohesive design vision across consumer and enterprise products
• Drive business outcomes through design, focusing on conversion, engagement, and clinical quality
• Build and develop a team of approximately 15 designers, fostering an AI-native practice
• Partner with product and engineering to deliver exceptional, AI-enhanced user experiences
• Influence executive-level decisions with a strong point of view on design and business strategy
