Product Designer (Contract)

Nex is seeking a Product Designer to own the design and user experience of their active play system, Nex Playground. This role involves creating engaging, family-friendly interfaces and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance user interaction and retention. You will focus on improving the first-time user experience and core browsing features.

• Lead design for the OS, focusing on user needs and delightful interactions
• Design and prototype UI/UX for custom Android-based OS and web features
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and marketers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain a consistent design language and design system
