Experiential Art Director

Caterpillar's in-house creative agency, Ironworks, is seeking an Experiential Art Director to design immersive brand experiences and environments. This role involves shaping everything from permanent interior spaces to live events, focusing on visual identity, spatial design, and multimedia content. You will collaborate with various teams and travel to art-direct execution, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand encounter.

• Design immersive, on-brand environments and experiences
• Create distinctive visual identities for spaces and events
• Lead environmental and interior graphic design
• Develop multimedia content for digital displays and video walls
• Partner with architects, fabricators, and production teams
• Art-direct execution on-site and present design concepts
