Lead the color design team for Disney Television Animation, shaping the visual look and tone of animated series. Collaborate with executive producers, directors, and art directors to ensure color consistency and artistic integrity across all episodes, from concept to post-production.

• Collaborate with executive producer, director, and art director on series look, color, and tone
• Approve color models and guide color choices based on story needs
• Manage and mentor the Color Design team
• Ensure consistency in color and design with background painters
• Create and maintain style guides and manage color materials for vendor studios
• Review and approve pre-production color designs and storybook elements
