Staff UX Designer

Quince is seeking a Staff UX Designer to lead the evolution of their digital product experience, with a focus on building an app-first strategy. This senior individual contributor role involves driving complex initiatives from strategy to execution, establishing UX direction, and mentoring other designers. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape e-commerce experiences across iOS, Android, and web.

• Lead end-to-end UX for complex product initiatives
• Champion an app-first design mentality for native mobile experiences
• Shape core e-commerce experiences from discovery to post-purchase
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence strategy and roadmaps
• Work within and evolve the design system across app and web
• Mentor other designers and raise team standards
