About this role

Shape intuitive and accessible digital experiences for the US federal government by applying a user-centered design process. You will conduct research, develop information architecture, and create prototypes, while also contributing to technical evaluations and system modernization efforts.

What we are looking for

Apply full user-centered design process
Conduct user research and gather requirements
Perform usability and accessibility testing
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma/FigJam
Expertise in information architecture and interaction design
Collaborate with cross-functional and Agile teams
